Our online sales will be open right through the Christmas period but we will not be manning the email or phones from 23rd until 28th December 2018.
Royal Mail will guarantee delivery for orders made on 18th December with our FREE delivery service. After that, we can not guarantee delivery before Christmas with this delivery option but we will UPGRADE your delivery for free and send these orders FIRST Class for orders up until midday on Thursday 20th December! We hope that these will then arrive in time!
If you choose our Royal Mail Special Delivery then Royal Mail will guarantee Christmas delivery for orders made up until 10am on Saturday 22nd December.
Our many customers are usually very satisfied with their purchases, however should there be a problem then we offer exchange or refund for the full amount.
This will be issued to the card you paid with, or refunded via the means of payment made when you ordered.
We refund up to 28 days from purchase, providing the product is in exactly the original condition it was sent to you, and that all tags are in place. Hats and socks, for hygiene reasons, are excluded from this policy.
Please write on your original invoice as proof of purchase will be required.
We will process as soon as possible, but this can take up to 20 days. We will confirm by email.
Please note it can take up to 4 days for your refund to appear on your statement.
If you wish to return an item, we recommend Royal mail 2nd class small parcel post.
You will need to keep your certificate of postage.

Please note we do not offer a free returns service. Our prices are kept as low as possible, and free postage has already been given and accepted by you for the original posting of your purchase.
However, should you be returning an item due to us being at fault, or in the unlikely event that your garment or product is faulty any costs incurred to you will be refunded in addition to the original purchase price.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MISTAKES THAT HAVE HAPPENED WHEN WASHING OR DRYING YOUR GARMENTS.
Our normal exchange policy for all goods will extended over the Christmas period so you can be sure your gift recipient will be able to exchange their item if required. Items purchased as gifts until the 24th of December 2018 can either be returned to our shop in Falmouth or posted to our online warehouse for exchange up to the 1st of February 2019.
If a suitable replacement is not available a credit note for the full purchase value will be issued. No cash refund given. All items must be unused, in perfect condition with all tags still attached. The gift receipt will be required as proof of purchase, a till receipt or card payment receipt can be used if the gift receipt is lost or damaged.
